ET Clothing Co. - A Communal Effort to Elevate Our Collective Counsciousness

The Elevated Tribe Clothing Company (ETC Co.), a clothing and apparel brand born out of Buffalo NY, is taking the internet by storm. Founded by best friends TW1TCH, a National Hip Hop Recording Artist, and Mike Chismar,a Motivational Speaker and Poet, it’s designs are based around positive mantras, uplifting imagery and a communal based theme of acceptance.  From powerful symbolistic meanings to straight forward motivation, ETC Co. offers its customers not only eye catching designs but a sense that they belong to something greater than themselves - a community. Referring to its clientele as “The Tribe”, each purchase is included with positive hand written notes from the owners and small keep sakes.

TW1TCH, a recovering addict and well versed Activist, say’s that “the line offers those who have faced any sort of darkness -  whether it be addiction, mental health, sexual or physical abuse, or just life doing its best to keep you down - a piece of community and solace that it’s often hard to find in today’s world. We have done our best to create not only a positive and progressive thinking brand, but an online community where The Tribe can feel at home and more importantly - SAFE to express themselves. Our unique behaviors and characteristics that define our personalities is what makes each one of us an artist- doing our best to express ourselves the best way we know how. ETC offers a sense of belonging with each of it’s items. We welcome you to the tribe with open arms - no matter who you are or what you believe in.”

The beginning inspiration behind the company, Mike Chismar, was the original driving force behind turning what he one day saw as a vision into fruition. Through patience and planning he envisioned a company where those who felt lost, something he once felt himself, would know they were at home. “Turning the lights on one soul at a time” is a mantra that he holds to heart. "The idea behind a clothing brand came from the awareness that when you put a shirt on with the right intentions, you feel good and the shirt reflects to others as you walk through life - creating an uplifting ripple effect. Being trapped in the dark can become difficult and a simple reminder can easily trigger someone to see the other side. Elevated Tribe in its simplest form means 'elevating your consciousness together as a tribe.' As a collective consciousness we are able to achieve the unthinkable and no one should ever feel like they are walking alone in this world. The motive is to dream - and dream as big as you possibly can. Love is the only law.”

ETC Co. is releasing a full line of merchandise starting July 2018 and every time they release a new piece they GIVE AWAY a bunch of stuff to their ‘Tribe’ members. With the entrepreneurial spirit of these two being combined with their fast growing support system, they are quickly on their way to having an ETC shirt hanging in every closest across the continents.

Q and A with TW1TCH and Mike Chismar:

What made you decide to start a clothing and apparel line and what inspired it?

Not having enough available clothing and apparel for ourselves to wear, that’s how it all started! We were sick of not having positive clothing to wear. We walk by thousands of people a day.  We’re legitimately walking billboards and we wanted to be a POSITIVE walking billboard. It started out by making a few shirts for ourselves. We had so much positive response from everyone we came across that we decided the universe was talking to us - and it was.

What inspires the name ET Clothing?

It stands for ‘Elevated Tribe’ - a communal effort to elevate our collective consciousness.
What we cannot do alone, we can always do together.

What is the message behind the line?

The message is very simple. Together we can accomplish amazing things. Apart we will continue
to destroy this beautiful and fragile thing we know as humanity. Doing our part to elevate our own consciousness is a great start but the world will not know peace until its a communal and worldwide effort.

What are you further plans for expanding this new venture?

We are going to continue and grow at a pace set to us only by our higher powers. We’re so grateful to be on this journey and envision great things. The most important thing is that we eventually plan on donating a percentage of our proceeds to a variety of different causes. It’s a life long goal of ours and ET is only just the beginning.

Where can people find out more about ET Clothing Co.?

For right now we are mainly working through our Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/ETClothingCo.com ) and our Instagram (@ETClothingCompany).
We are in the process of finalizing our website so that would be public very shortly.

TW1TCH ( www.Facebook.com/TW1TCH ) is very active on Facebook and Instagram on his own accounts and so is Mike Chismar. We’re always open to speak to anyone who may be struggling. Never be scared to reach out.
